June 19th thru June 23rd – 2019

• Room rate is $129.95 (tax included)
• All rooms have a mini-refrigerator and microwave
• Check in time is 4pm
• During check in, “incidentals” ($50 per day) will not be automatically applied, however; this will disallow you to order movies, room service, etc.and any other amenities that would be charged to your room. At your request, “incidentals” can be added and these services would be made available to you.
  ** If securing room with cash, “incidentals” will be automatically included without option, however; refundable at checkout minus any usage.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi will be automatic for Hilton Honors members. If you are not a current member, you can join prior to your arrival via online or join at check-in at no cost.
• Handicap accessible rooms are available, but limited.
• Single level uncovered parking is free and covered garage parking is $10 per day.
• Hotel shuttle bus is available for 5 minute local transport as well as scheduled airport transport.
• Scooters and wheelchair pricing/availability will be given in the near future.
• At present, no booths/vendors will be facilitated.

Cutoff Date:

All reservations must be made by Monday, May 20, 2019, in order to receive the discounted group rate. The hotel will continue to accept reservations from guests after this date, however, rooms will be at the prevailing rate and subject to availability.
